Kristopher Tillery is the winemaker and proprietor at Noble Hill. Kristopher works to grow and make wines that reflect the terroir of the Simonsberg mountains. Kristopher studied economics and worked as a strategy consultant prior to starting at Noble Hill. Kristopher seeks to make fruitful, elegant, and fresh wines in an environmentally sustainable way.
Riaan is the assistant winemaker at Noble Hill. Riaan works alongside Kristopher to craft delicious wines from the vine to the bottle.
Izak is the sales manager at Noble Hill. Izak drives sales and brings the story of Noble Hill to life through public relations and marketing. After completing his Food & Wine MBA in Bologna, Italy he worked in the United States before joining the Noble Hill team in 2019.
Kerry Kirby is the sales representative for Noble Hill in the Western Cape. After working many years in the hospitality industry as a sommelier, she found her edge in sales. Kerry is a Cape Wine Academy Diploma graduate with extensive experience working with boutique wine distribution companies.
Anneline Houston is the company's office manager and bookkepper. Anneline ensures that orders are processed accurately and ensures that the company is compliant with its regulatory obligations.
Linfred Louw is the head chef at Cosecha Restaurant. Linfred has extensive experience in the kitchen and brings fresh, latin flavours into everything he cooks.
